Queen City Brewers Festival Joins Craft Breweries For A Good Cause

Saturday’s Queen City Brewers Festival in north Davidson spotlighted Charlotte’s emerging craft breweries.

Thirty local brewers were all under one roof at the neighborhood theater, giving beer lovers a chance to sample all types of locally brewed beer.

“So many god beers out there anymore, it’s hard to know what you like and what you’re not going to like. So, these festivals go ahead and give people the chance to go ahead and try out all the different beers and see what they like,” said Terry Bumbaugh with Kind Beer Distributing.

The event served as a benefit for Partners for Parks. The organization is a nonprofit, nonpartisan support group that works to promote and enhance parks and open spaces in the area.
